Company delivered expired products Can I take any legal action
21-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I ordered three facewash from flipkart all of them are expired can I sue the comapany and they are not even escalating the issue
Definitely you can sue them. You need to file complain in district consumer forum against the company under the consumer protection act. Send them legal notice and then file the complain. However kindly see if they have any regional office nearby you in order to determine the jurisdiction.

Yes, you definitely can take legal action against the Company. You should although first give them a chance to rectify the mistake on their part. I believe their reputation is at stake here and they may by themselves compensate you for the same. However if they do not then by all means you can approach the Consumer Court and file a complaint against them asking for either refund of money or replacement of product along with compensation and expenses.

flipkart has a policy of taking back the products and refunding the amount without any fuss but if do not take it back and do not listen to you then you can very well sue the company as well as flipkart, though flipkart has been saying that they are only like a post office and bear no liability on behalf of the manufacturers but that is between them and manufacturers. You are well entitled to defect free products and legal action in case of violation of your rights as a consumer.

Dear Sir
Yes you can definitely sue the company for sending you expired products in consumer court. You will need to contact flipkart as well and also make them party as they are the one advertising products in their website so they share joint responsibility.
Kind Regards

Hi,
Yes you can file a complaint in consumer court but before that you have to serve the Consumer notice of demand to them and if they will not consider on it then you can go to the consumer forum
