Company cancelled online order but not owning up to it now

14-Oct-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I recently bought a Sony smart TV for just ₹2999 from Shopclues but now they have canceled my order citing it was a technical error. What to do now? I have paid the payment through debit card which was successful.I have even talked to the customer support but they are refusing to give my order.

You have a legal rigt to file a case before District Consumer Forum for deficiency of services But before that you have to find the Company's address and the bank details that the amount paid by you has actually been credited
Alternatively you may approach to ciber Crime cell

you need to send a email to the customer case of the shop clues and incase they do not reply within two days then you can send a legal notice to Shopclues for which they have to reply within 15 days. incase they do not reply they you can simply file a consumer case with the email in your inbox as evidence for the recovery of the money. you will surely get back the money.
