College is not showing result of previous semesters

I'm student of b-tech 2nd year of GOEL GROUP OF INSTITUTE AND MANAGEMENT Luckonw. My 1st year (1st semester and 2nd semester) result are not show in database and all other student result are show in database. College director and registrar are not helping me and no one say when my result come or not come. Please give me some information for case
