Claims rejected by NSE cell against unicon securities

14-Jan-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)

I had claim against unicon securities with Nse but claim is rejected only because I didn't trade with unicon securities since May 2011 as MY Share was in pool account of unicon securities. And NSE is making baseless statement that I had a loan account which I never had. Please help me out in getting my investment back .

Disputes with the NSE are settled through arbitration. You will therefore need to file an appeal to the award passed against you. There is a time limit of three months for filing an appeal to an arbitral award. The appeal must be filed before the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Feel free to get in touch if we could be of any further assistance to you.
