Claim in case of online purchase when product is defective

06-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I purchased a product online which i received defective even before use for single time which was covered under manufacturing warranty. they said that we will not replace it as it is covered under manufacturer warranty. let me know that why i should go to manufacturer if product is received in non usable condition. if i use it for some time than i agree to got to manufacturer. Is there claim lawful?

You can take legal action against the said manufacturer or even the online retail store from which you bought the said item by sending them a Legal Notice. You can even file a case in the Consumer Forum against them. You can yourself file a case in the Forum you don’t need an advocate for that.
