Cheated by tourism company how to get my money back

I had taken a tour package from world tours Banglore for Europe I have got all the countries visa except London so now iam requesting them to postpone it to next date they are not willing to do it either they are not willing to give back the money the visa officer said that visa was rejected because of fault some by the travel agency my tour is just 4 days from now i am not getting what to do now please guide me in legal way ?
It is advisable to write to tourism company to cancel your trip and to refund the amount back. Thereafter consumer complaint can be filed for deficiency of service and unfair practice by tourism company and to seek refund of amount including damages.

Dear Sir/Madam, you have to give representation in writing in detail for refund the amount as well as email and get acknowledgement from them for receipt of your representation. More over its all depend upon terms and conditions of your contract agreement for tourism package. If you have refund the money clause in the said agreement, you have entitled for the same. If you have, you have to issue a legal notice for the same, if default for the same on your representation and thereafter take legal action in this regard before consumer court or court of law.

In your problem your are not explained the of the tour places containing the aforesaid package. If your tour package including London and if the travel agency left the same by not making arrangement for Visa, then it will be the deficiency of service on the part of the Travel agency. If so, you can approach the consumer court
