Cheated by Snapdeal gave wrong product intentionally what to do

Piyush I purchased a watch from SNAPDEAL at 1656{prepaid}. Soon I received a call to cancel tha order. But I refused to do so and asked them they have to deliver. They intentionally delivered other model of much lower price. And when I asked them for repla2they processed my request as refund and refunding my money. Meanwhile they continuously assuring me to deliver the same product. I have all the call recordings. Now they are offering me 100/200 rs. In my account as a token of apology What I have to do . This id 3rd time snapdeal cheats me.
This is the case of unfair trade practice and comes under consumer law ,first of all you approach costomer care and inform them about the fraud which has been done and trauma you gone through while pursuing these ,if they responded positively it's good if not then you could approach consumer court you will definitely win ,as there are number of such case which had been reported and online vendors has been penalised with fine and refund .If any difficulty do put forward your query ,it's always welcome .

Dear piyush, you can file a suit u/ s 406,420 I.P.C. as well as in consumer forum against cheating with you. Certainty you will get claim against cheating with you. Consultant a lawyer as soon as possible before time limit barred.
