Cheated by an Investment company what can I do

Sir, I have been cheated by an Investment co named Zoid Research Co based in Indore MP for Rs.69100/- . I was told to pay Rs.6800/- for their monthly services and agreed and paid Rs.1100/- towards their charges. Later they asked me to transfer funds to be deposited in my stock market trading account. I had sent them Rs.68,000/- to be invested in my Demat account. Now they are saying it was paid for their Services. Kindly help. I don't know what to do? and whom to approach?
You can send a legal notice to the company through a lawyer and can claim the amount paid by you through this legal notice. The company is bound to reply to the given notice within 15 days of receipt of notice. If the company fails to reply to the said notice you can file a recovery and cheating case case against that company.
