Central university not providing hostel even after being on merit

I am studying arts and social science at Maulana azad national urdu university ,Hyderabad and it is a central university. My problem is that I could not get allotment in camp's hostel. And university administration did not follow the real criteria of hostel. I have right to make admission in hostel but he not approve my application. So I want to know that ,can I file a case in high court in this matter ? Please help me ....
HI,
first you approach registrar of the university with an application and your eligible criteria to take admission into the hostel.
if he rejects your application or does not take any action against your application then you can approach high court by way writ petition with the request to consider and allot the hostel facility to you.
communication with the authorities are important and keep all those applications (certified or acknowledgement) with you and file in the high court as evidence.
