Case withdrawal during court summer holidays.

I am withdrawing a case from state consumer court Mumbai. I heard in May 2017 there will be court closer due to summer holidays. Can I withdraw my case during May month or should I wait until courts resume in June 2017?
Court holidays starts from 5th may. Before that u can withdraw. Or during holidays if two members available u can withdraw. But as per my opinion u withdraw the case after 6 the of July. When two members were present

No, it is only for urgent matters, that cases are taken up by state commission during vacations. If you any such urgency which you are able to demonstrate before the commission, you can move the application by requesting to take the case on board.
