Case filed 1.5 year back but no trace of the case status online
27-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
We have filed a case against reputed Bank 1.5 years back regd. my father’s pension in High Court. The decision is still pending but I’m not finding any trace of it in Case Status website courtnic.nic.in... The criteria I used for search is petitioner/respondent name and advocate name. Is it possible that the case wasn't even filed in first place and our lawyer is making fool of us. FYI, he didn’t provide us with any documents so far related to the case, nor we have the case number. Somebody please share your thoughts on that..
You need to search on the website of the website of the concerned High Court. Tell the name of the high court where the petition was filed., you need to share the name of your father/ petitioner , respondent(s) and lawyers name, i can try online search for your case.
Ask for the case number from your lawyer and see what he reverts.
