Case against car dealer in consumer court for not delivering papers

I Residing in naigaon east have purchased honda activa 3G scooty for Rs. 62500/- in cash from mouli motors,At-kaman, tlk-vasai. But even after lapsing of more than 06 months I have not been given paper of the said scooty and till now scooty is without numbers. I have approached to dealer atleast 100 times. But he refused to give paper. I said him that i am going to consumer court for compensation of harassment.but he replied as i like. please tell me what amount of compensation of harrasment can be claimed against him.

You can claim the entire amount paid by you since he has not given the legal documents to you, also you can claim damages against the dealer by proving the loss and damages suffered by you.
