Car delivery delayed by the company after booking

I have booked a car in a car company in Feb 2016, as there tentative waiting period of six months was over in July,but yet they r not able to reply me any satisfactory answer that when they will deliver the car, what can I do in this case,they r only saying u can cancel ur booking , and when I am calling the customer care they r saying the X distributor is not register to us. Please help Wat I do.

1. Thus is a case of deficiency if service,
2. If you suffer any monetary loss out of this delay then on delivery of the car file a case in the consumer forum where you can claim for return of this money as well as compensation.


ASK THEM :


1) what is the reason for delay mentioned by the company ?
2) even if you go to consumer forum your case will take at least 2 years to be decided .
3) if there is delay in delivery lodge complaint with complaint center of the company . in addition write to MD of the company pointing out sorry state of affairs in the company wherein delivery schedule is not adhered to
