Car dealer promised deal but now ignoring calls

I would like to take legal advise..... I purchased honda amaze car in september where dealer vidhata honda, ludhiana cheated me with offers for september Rs 60,000. Includhing... old car exchange offers, new car purchase offer, loyalty offers & reward. Now for last two months they are avoiding to settle my benefits of Rs 60,000.

Even if they have not given in written sometimes the person by virtue of its nature is entitled for such benefit which become his right and once infringed remedy can be taken but within specific period.
