tata compony has sold me a dwfected car. I have to heavy repair it 3 times within 6 month. So i wants replce for this car. Any one advice me is it possible. I wants file a case in consumer court against tata motorSold
You can file a complain in consumer forum for compensation. The problem you share is deficiency in service for consumer and this the liability of car company. The Consumer forum ordered to car company to pay your compensation.

You should file a case for deficiency of service and for selling you defective product. In addition to replacement of the car also claim compensation. A defect within 6 months of purchase of car is a good case before consumer forum
