Can judges in consumer forum listen to cd with phone recording

I had recorded phone calls from opposite party and copied them on cd,. My question is whether judge and members of consumer forum listen to that cd if I submit it as evidence or should I request them to allow me to play it in court room itself as evidence

You should file the cd alongwith the trancript and an affidavit under section 65B of the Indian evidence act should be filed with it.
The certificate is essential and after the judgement of state v. Navjot Sandhu it is necessary to file this affidavit in order to get electronic evidence admitted in courts.
