Can I seek refund of Admission fee paid to B-school ?

I paid my admission fee of Rs.2 Lakhs to a B-School. By their terms and conditions i had to withdraw within 30 days of me accepting the offer to be eligible for a refund. But I withdrew after 34 days. ( 90 days before course start). Now they refuse to refund me my amount and also want the next installation of Rs.2 Lakhs. Kindly help
first complaints in local police station File mention u r within 30 dayes demands the fees and issues legal notice through laweyer further file consumer complaints in distirict consumer court along with u r document
