What are the terms and conditions of the course you had opted to undergo?
You have see if you satisfy the conditions of the course offered and have you accepted the conditions and agreed to pay the fee in full as prescribed?
Actually when you have voluntarily joined and discontinued on your own, you dont have a ground to seek refund.
Did you express your dissatisfaction towards the conduct of the course to the course management and have you objected to the mal-administration due to which you did not like to continue the course?
Did you exhaust the remedy within the institute for the relief now being sought?
Why did you not follow it up immediately after discontinuing the course?
You need to answer all the above questions if you what want to have the desired relief. Your blunt questions do not have answers in law.
