Can i file a case for wrong information provided by Makemytrip

I had booked on line with make my trip on reaching the place the hotel booked was isolated n I n my wife both senior citizen had to travel almost 90km n search for new place n I kept trying to contact the makemy trip but couldn't get connected only to hear the recording your call is important to us please stay on line n ultimately I send them a E-mail n they called me up almost after 5 hours regretting the inconvenience caused and reversed the amount paid. I want to claim for the travel and mental agony I had gone thru please advise.
Dear client u can sue the company for mental agony. First send the notice through lawyer and ask compensation for mental harassment from the company. If company will not act as per notice then file case in consumer court for deficiency in service. For any legal help call me

Yes you can issue notice thru an advocate and file a consumer complaint on the basis of deficiency in service with your local consumer forum. You can also ask a relief for monetary compensation for mental stress/ agony cause to you along with other sutiable reliefs. The limitation is you have to file complaint before 2 years.
