can i claim refund from Bata as shoes are defective twice

i buy shoes from bata showroom. i pay 1400 inr but quality is not good they are not refunding my money. even i am facing same problem after exchange the pair. they exchange the pair but same problem. shoes is open its self after use few days. i am facing problem after buy bata shoes. i want money back but they are saying its non refund. please help me in this case how i can get my money back.
