Can i claim compensation for my duplicate Charger from flipkart?

i bought a charger from flipkart. it is not original, can i sue then in court or should i leave it and take my money back from them
If you have brought the issue of duplicate charger before flipkart and if they are not ready to accept there mistake than you have strong case against flipkart and Sue them before consumer forum. If they are ready to pay your whole money better is to accept your money but if they refuse than you have strong case.

If Flip cart is ready to exchange you duplicate charger you can not sue and you have right to get money from Filipcart in lieu of original. You may file complainant before consumer forum and claim damages.
