Can company refuse to refund deposited money
10-Jan-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have paid few lacs as deposit for retail outlet. I have not yet signed any agreement or application form with the company. I am not interested in the retail outlet now and want my refund. What if company refuses to pay back my amount.
is there any proof that you have paid them the money. mode of payment? if they deny paying back the money to you you will have to file a suit for recovery of money from them and can also send them a legal notice to begin with.
What is the mode of payment? As you described that you have not signed any documents/agreement burden lies On you .you have to file summary suit to get your payment as you are not consumer to him.
