Can a university abandone so many students in the middle of the course
18-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Hello, I am a student of architecture , studying in a college in Andhra Pradesh India , which is affiliated to JNAFAU Hyderabad. Now I am in 5th semester but due to the state bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh , the University and our college are separated in two states, due to which the University has disaffiliated our college along with 2 other colleges and abandoned approximately 300+ students without any affiliation in middle of the course. So my question is can a university abandone so many students in the middle of the course , and what are the steps should we take to solve this problem?
You can file a writ petition in the High Court asking the court to look into this matter.
