Can a complaiant furnish the opinion of the online doctors opinion as additional evidence in Medical Negligence Case in National Consumer Forum ?
yes but the online doctors opinion should be authentic and if possible you can contact the doctor and file his affidavit by way of evidence. However if this is not done at state and district level then there is little possible that national forum will entertain such things.
