Call centre agent of bookmyshow abused me over the phone what to do

Some agent abused me from the call centre of bookmyshow. We booked a show in Oden Cinema. We wanted to cancel and get the refund for the same. But when i spoke to that agent he abused me in Hindi and when i asked to speak to his seniors he transferred the calls and they offered some vouchers. But i want strict action against them. What action can i take? I know their calls are recorded.
That is quite an unfortunate incident. You should approach the consumer courts and file a complaint against bookmyshow. Provide the CDR (call detail records) from your service provider. Since call centres usually record phone calls, if they refuse to furnish it in court, an adverse inference may be drawn against the company.
