Cab company asking for additional money after having paid the bill

I booked a cab,the cab took me to my destination and the app asked I pay a certain amount which I paid in full.then an hour later I got a mail from cab company saying I have to pay another amount that the first amount was wrong. What can I do legally?

If u have online reciept for both the bills then you can file a complaint in consumer redressal forum.....if u have these two things you 'll get compensation or else you'll be getting certain compromisal amount by the company....

As per you narration, you mean to say that when you reached your destination, you have paid the full amount to the cab company. Now, they are asking for extra money by way of raising the new bill. On this case, you can serve them a legal notice.

file a complaint before consumer forum and also report to police
