Builder not returning my money after booking a flat

I have booked a flat in noida, after few month i have cancel the deal due to some reason. but builder is not returning full money after 2 year. i have all payment document. what to do next
You are entitled to the return of money. Therefore you are required to file a complaint in consumer forum depending upon the pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction. However if you want the possession of flat then you'll have to pray accordingly.
