Dear Sir/Madam,
You can file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act praying for the possession of your flat and also seek the amounts paid by you towards interest along with the damages suffered by you. You can also file a Criminal Complaint under Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act. Please get in touch for any further assistance.

Dear Querist,

You can file compliant in the Consumer Forum for deficiency of services against the Builder for not delivering possession on commitment date as document in the agreement. Yes you can claim interest on paid amount and apart from that you can also claim compensation for hardship or inconvenience caused to you due to non fulfillment of such promise such as money spent on alternative accomodation, rent, hotel receipts etc.
