Builder has changed the layout & increased the FAR without telling

Good afternoon, I have a flat in Noida. The builder in question has made 2 mistakes making the apartment not live able for the buyers. First, Builder changed the layout plan of the flat without informing us. They reduced the size of 2 of the bathrooms & Kitchen Utility area. Builder has accepted their mistake however, They are refusing to make any kind of adjustments as well be it financial or in the structure as well. Secondly, Builder has increased the FAR of newly launched tower without informing the existing customers from 16 floors to 25 floors. I need suggestions on how to handle this?
You are required to send them a legal notice elaborating your issue/grievance and your demand. However, if the issue is not resolved then you are required to file a consumer complaint as this is a case of deficient services.
Kindly provide the copy of the builder buyer agreement and the details of the consideration paid till date in order to advice you better that which consumer forum or commission has the jurisdiction to entertain your complaint.

You should be read builders - buyers, builders - development authority agreement. You should be see the lease deed and project approval map by authority.
If you search that builders have done fraud than you should be go to consumer Court.
