Builder fled away with all the original flat related docs, what to do

This fraud builder has taken away all original MOUs & Money Receipts & Booking Form fraudulently from many victims of a big real estate scam. These victims have only notarized copies of these docs & bank stmts. Can they also file case at NCRDC along with other people who have original docs? Also, can they show the notarized copies & bank stmts to claim the money? All these victims want money refund. It's a more than 2K Cr scam. Please share the links or paper clippings of any such winning case for such victims which can be used for this case.

if your are aggrieved person You can file the case before the CRDC . IT is true that there is so many person had already filed the cases against such builder. In case if you have sufficient proof with regard to your claim you can filed the case against these person.

Rather than trying to file consumer complaints in consumer Forums, all those file police complaints against him. If police do not take complaints or did not properly investigate the cases, come to me I will see that Court direction is given to police to investigate the matter.
