Builder asking to submit original receipt before refunding booking.

Hello sir , I have booked a flat in panvel through a company . I had cancelled booking and mailed them, now they r asking me to sumit original receipt of paid money. Is it right to submit original because that is only proof i had with me and also they r not givig any positive response for refunding
No, you should not submit the original receipt until they refund your money.
You should send a letter thereby stating that you should submit the orginal on receipt of refund.
