Sir,
That as per the terms and conditions of Construction Agreement and Agreement of Sale in respect of any plot or flat the builder is bound to complete the work within the stuplated period with the agreed payment schedule therein. The builder is not eligible to demand any etra amount for any reason whatever it may be. Anyhow the stamp duty is liable to be born by the purchaser and if any fluctuation in the structure of the stamp duty, it shall be born by the plot/flat owner. The death of the builder will not change the nature of contract between the parties. Moreover the purchaser is at liberty to approach consumer redressal forum against the builder for any default or violation ofthe terms and condition of the agreements.
Thanks and Regards

Hi
You don't need to pay extra money, provided, you have already paid the total sale consideration. Pl.check your sale deed amount if the Bank has totally cleared the agreement amount then no question of extra amount. Since you are saying the builder is dead and the claimants are not clear it is better you issue a legal notice to the regd.office of the builder and seek to know the legal representatives of the builder if u r getting there details u must ask them to execute the sale deed in u r favour.
Best Regards,
