BSES framed charges of commercial activity without sufficient proof

Respected Sir/Mam Bses enforcement team raided in our area they taken necessary videography of all house, they doesn't taken any action against those houses that actually running pg they declared them residential (may be they taken bribe from them) but frame a misuse charges against me we are self residing in that house neither any boy or girl as tenant found living at my place nor any luggage or clothing plz tell me some way to get rid off from this case which way i choose either file a case against them or report to media or social media wd necessary document

Sir, if you are of the opinion that the procedure adopted by BSES is arbitrary and the bills raised by them are not tenable and illegal you can make a written representation to the concerned officers of BSES in your area to set the record correct and ask them to withdraw the charges that you think are illegal. If your grievance is not still resolved then you as a consumer can approach the CGRF constituted under the electricity act and seek redressal of grievance from the forum. It is important that you take along with you all the necessary evidence of the other PG's running in your area and also show how you are not running any commercial activity or how the bill is illegal. A thorough knowledge of the electricity act and the DERC regulations is a must otherwise irreparable harm might be caused to your stand against the department.
