Broker promised amount on booking. Promise not completed.

A Property Broker Promised as offering to return 50,000- (as voucher) for purchasing property through them to a Builder in Pune.
They said after transaction is made between Builder and Broker(India Homes) they shall give me the 50,000- within 90 days.
I have paid the builder in March 2015. Its Post 15 Aug , the broker have not paid me the promised amount.
How can i ascertain when did my builder paid brokerage to India Homes

sir, you can approach builder directly to ask same . If you have any written contract which can be showed as proof between you and broker for payment of 50,000 ,than for recovery of amount you can send legal notice to broker.you can also file recovery suit if broker still fails to pay.
