Bought a Mobile Insurance policy on line, company not responding now

I bought an mobile insurance policy from Times Global Insurance for my mobile in Jan'16..Got all the insurance papers ect.. Now in Aug, i wanted to register the claim but i did not get any response from them..When i asked them to respond, i got call from them asking my back account no so that they could refund my insurance money. I really want strict action against this company so that they can't do same to other customers. Please advice how to proceed

Send them a legal notice giving them 7 days time to respond, failing which you can file a consumer complaint or even resort to file a case for criminal breach of trust. Further clarification please feel free to contact.

Dear Sir/Madam, you do not provide bank account to them, you have to issue a legal notice for the same for claiming insurance to your mobile phone, if given reply in writing at that time only give your bank details otherwise you do not give. After issuance of the legal notice the said company not give insurance money you have to file petition before district consumer forum for the same. If you want more advice in this regard I will do it.
