Bought a camera from a online retail portal. not satisfied. Options

i am bought my cam from olx and ther other party who sell our camera to me.he live's in rajasthan and we deal that he transfer the cam to me and i send the money and he said okkkk.Then he was transfer the camera and we done the deal in 18000 so i send the money to other party.13000 and i said 5000 i will not give because i am not satisfied with your camera lens so i return them the camera lens.then he was ask 1000 ruppees pending if you not pay the money i will give you legal notice.it is possible or not....??

Hi,
In your case he can sent you a Notice but you can reply to him about the deficiency of his services in selling the product.
And on mutual discussion you can solve this issue and it was not a case of consumer court as both of you are private party and your transaction nature is not of seller and buyer.
