Booked car didnt get the posession how can i get my money back

I booked a car from dsa I paid full amount 1830000/- half amount he paid the dealer half he used it for his personal I got all the cash bills and complete invoice now the dealer has paid me 900000/- half amount and dsa says he will pay the remaining balance of 930000/- before Dec 2017 what to do I have stamp paper signed by him also of complete details how full transaction was made and that he will written the money till December 2017 I booked the car in October 2016. What should I do?

Here you have mutually signed the agreement and agreed for payments terms. If the agreement was not there you had a good case to file before consumer court.
