Bank giving regular threats for recovery of money from family

My father took a loan of Rs. 50000 from j&k bank about 25 years ago but he was unable to pay back because our company shut down because of heavy loss . Now we are 5 persons in the family and only my father is earning a little money so we are unable to pay the money back, but the bank giving threats regularly about news add or court case. What we should have to do?
If you are unable to pay the loan you should speak to the bank. What was the loan period in which you had to repay. After 25 years the bank cannot harass you. They were supposed to file a case ling back against you for non payment which they have not and there might be probability that the limitation period to file a suit is over
