Bad product received how to file consumer case

Hi, I purchased a mattress from a reputed brand after checking out their products in display showroom. Chose a product from one of the display items, but I received a different product, though the product stamping is same as the display one. I am unsatisfied with the delivered item and the brand is not ready to replace it. Can I get help from consumer Court here? If yes, what are the evidence do I need to collect?
you can approach consumer court for their deficiency in service. for that you have to send notice to them seeking rectify their mistake. you have to required purchase details, payment details and your effort made to return the goods to them if any

Please inform the Seller with regard to the change in the quality of the product with a purchase invoice in a written form.
Don't use the product till the matter is cleared. If they found single damage your claim may be collapsed.
If they failed to answer of replace the goods you file a complaint in the consumer forum for replacement of present product with the original and also claim damages.
