Amazon took my money but didn't deliver the product
05-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have ordered a SD card from AMAZON.IN worth RS 924..I was out of town when the delivery person contacted me and i said that i would collect the product after 2 days.Later i got a message that the product is successfully delivered. But neither me nor my family members took it. But AMAZON is not commenting anything on this when tried to contact them. So can i proceed legally for the injustice
Yes you can challange it before consumer court with relevant document , before that do writer mail to the amazon that you have not received their product and amount of money paid hence either money be refunded to u or product be given , this would be evidence between you .

Check with the courier guys and get the status. Depending on that send a letter to Amazon to send u the sd card, if thy still fail to send u then send a advocate notice for deficiency of service

what is the nature of injustice caused to you, whether the booking is on the prepaid basis or payment is to be made on the delivery of the product is payment is to be made upon receiving the product probably some body would have or the product is wrongly delivered
