Airtel has activated unwanted services and billed high amount

I have not asked for the particular service, but airtel has activated the particular high cost service to my number and asking for the amount over 2.5 lacs for the data usage during international roaming. I have not asked but my family member (third person) has asked without my knowledge.

Third person who is your family member asked orally or in written. Is there any record to show this.
When you didn't asked the person to do so, what made him do so?
You need to specify more facts to get an appropriate answer regarding your query.
You can ask Airtel to refund your money because that third person asked for the specific service, not the customer.
Without enquiring to you they started the service

Dear Querist,
You have to issue a legal notice to Airtel that the high cost data services was not activated without u r permission and that a third person cannot represent unless if he has a power of attorney to act on u r behalf. Counter the case offensively and send a legal notice and say that u cannot pay and go to the Consumer court to get compensation for deficiency of services and unfair trade practices.
