After confirming order paytm canceled next day what can i do

Hi,yesterday i order a external hard disk from paytm which is show price if 0RS, My order is got successful and i got an message for that too than suddenly next day they cancel my order.Can i file a legal case against that?
It is to be seen that weather the amount was paid already or it was a cash on delivery order. Because in case the online payment, once if you pay then there is a valid transaction and you are the consumer under the Consumer Protection Law. But in case of cash/card on Delivery you have not made the payment.
It is to be seen that whether you got the order confirmation email or something as a proof of consideration. Then you can sue the company under provisions of Consumer Protection Law along with the Civil Procedure Code.
