Action available against deficient services of old and new builder

Builder sold out incomplete project to other builder.Previous builder completed 2 building and sold out flat,and amenities space along with 2 building space.he has sold out to other developer.New developer is not ready to develop project as per previous plan. Whatever old builder show cased in previous plan is cancelled by new developer. .as per our agreement,we have amenities facing flat,but noe new developer changing location. Old builder handed over flat without amennities.what all action we can take against old and new developer
