Wrong name is displaying on Patta number what can i do

Recently after demice of my father i got new pass books for agriculture land in my father name. But when i checked online with the patta number another person name is displaying. With different survey number. Will be there any problem in future ?

You must cross check patta number and bring the fact of depicting the name of another person in the name of your father to the M.R.O. and ask him to rectify the name or ask him to show the name of your father, who is the true owner. You must place application before M.R.O. office for rectification of name. You must consult an advocate for getting a notice issued to M.R.O. for rectifying the name. If he fail to do so you must file a complaint before R.D.O. for taking necessary action.
