At first you may please to met with an Advocate Personally. show him the said Advertisement. Thereafter one R.T.I will be sent either for your behalf or direct from Advocate Side for asking the result as well as position of the said Advertisement. Whether the referred medical college is a Government college or a private one ? If the same is not a Government college, writ petition directly making that college only responded cannot be an appropriate legal action. The college must have affiliation of MCI.Collect all your required information through RTI.Collate all the information and if violation of MCI directions are found, first go for "justice demand" action and if remedy is not available ,go for writ petition making appropriate Government the first, concerned Government department second, MCI third and the Medical College forth respondent.for further instructions contact lawRato.
