Withdrawal of case from DLSA and filing the case in regular court

I had filed a case in district legal services authority last year but after one year also there is no progress in the case so now i want to withdraw the case from the district legal services authority and want to file same case in regular court so what is the process i have to follow to withdraw the case in district legal services authority?

You can with draw your case from DLSA , As per Regulation 16 of District Legal Services Authority Regulations,
1998, " in the event of the aided person engaging a legal practitioner other than the one assigned by the District
Authority " you can contact near by lawyer or whom you want to engage as your advocate.
