If a private organisation organizes a contest which was not fair and the winner was picked up before the contest. Is there any law regarding that?
First of all you have not mentioned complete facts of case then we r in position to say anything before you. Firstly we need to see facts and evidence whatsoever u have to challenge that contested selection

Any organizar has no right to play fraud with public at large of a area by advtising a event and then not holding it and choose a person of his own sweet will.It attract both Criminal and Civil action.as it's Unfair tarde practice.
