Will i be liable to pay fees for the classes delayed by 6 months

I m recently done my graduation in B. COM. Now I m searching a job. I found an trannier institutions which give me training for hr executive. I joined in this institution for account executive training for better performance in job. But they refer to hr executive for better future. Now my jion in my compeptative point for preparing for govt. Job. So I cant continue my classes on hr executive training. I join in this instance 1month before because they told me classes will continue or started within 2days but the class starts after one month. In two days Class they told me to clear the other fee. For because of my competative Classes .i cant continue this hr executive classes because after two months training they referring me job interview so that time I dont want the job for 6months .so I told that institutions but the institutions said to me" give tax for 6 to 7 months 15% tax pay by me for this institution.
