MY OPINION THAT i have follow your present proposal /proposals which have presently legally barred to plant trees at his own land which is now under status quo, but i think that there are so many ways in legal field /fields to get vacate order on status quo, and put your own wish.

Yes you can if the status quo order is in you favor it means if you are the one enjoying the benefits of the land as you are not creating a third party interest by planting trees. So you can plant trees. But before that save guard yourself meet an advocate and understand Pros and cons of it

Dear client,
Status Quo means you cannot change the nature and character of the suit property so planting trees neither changes in the nature and character of the suit property, no order can restrain the natural phenomenon suppose if you throw or seeds at the suit property then it's obvious the trees will grow there....
