What to do if a boy has given me false hopes of marriage.

I am a hindu girl Mumbai n in a relationship with a muslim guy bangalore last 3-4years. Started our relationship as he suggested without marriage commitment but will definitely try to talk to our parents n if they wont agree will part our ways. Agreed coz i love him truely. We both had a livein like n sexual relationship. Later on his suggestion returned back home Mumbai for PG when he broke up with me saying parents wont agree without even speaking to them. Completed PG went back to convince him, he agreed on same terms again. Maintained loyal distant relationship n got pregnant once. Later we spoke to our families who didn't agree. He fought with me to break the relationship blocked me n discontinued contact with me. He knew i won't move on without him so few months later he came to Mumbai to surprise me on my birthday we spent time together following by a miscarriage. Now he is adamant of marrying someone else of his caste as he didn't commit to me for marriage n i am devastated..
You can register a written Complaint in the Nearest Police Station against the army officer for the offences under Indian Penal Code:
1. Offence of Rape under Section 376
2. Offence of Causing miscarriage without Women's consent under Section 313
3. Offence of Criminal conspiracy under Section 120B and Attempt to murder under Section 307 (for planning to kill you)
4. Offence of assault or criminal force against women to outrage her modesty under Section 354
1. Offence of Rape under Section 376

you have been fooled not once but twice. You can charge him under cheating and playing with the modesty of a women. File a police complaint against him stating that u had a physical relationship with him on the ground on belief of getting married in future with him on the basis of his promises which turned out to be false. The mental torture and ohysical torture u have undergone due to the entire act what had happened.
